Cancellation Policy

Send us a message at reservations@ziplineinmonteverde.com with your name, the tour and the date.

Refunds go back the way you paid.

If we cancel a tour for weather or safety, we offer you another date or a full refund.

You can request changes to your booking up to 48 hours before the tour.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time, the amount you paid is not refunded. Times are local time in Costa Rica.
