Zipline in Monteverde offers a zip line experience that shows the best of Costa Rican nature. A cable car carries you to the top of the mountain, where 1.9 miles (3 km) of zip lines take you high above the cloud forest.

Safety is our top priority, and we go beyond industry standards. Expert guides stay with you the whole way, whether it is your first zip line or your hundredth. Besides the zip line, you can ride the cable car, walk the hanging bridges or take on the challenge course.

Where does the tour depart from?

It departs from Monteverde (Calle San Gerardo).

How long is the tour?

How many people are on the tour?

The maximum group size is 30 guests.

How much does it cost?

$100.57 per adult.

Can I cancel?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour.

Who can take part?

Most travelers can. The tours are for ages 5 to 85, with up to 30 people per group. Riders weigh at least 30 kg (60 lb) and at most 130 kg (280 lb). Children 10 and under need a parent or guardian, and everyone under 18 needs a parent’s or guardian’s consent.

Who should not join?

The tours are not recommended for:

People with back problems
Pregnant women
People with heart problems or other serious medical conditions

Is it accessible?

The tours are not wheelchair accessible. They are stroller accessible and near public transportation.

Can you pick me up?

Yes. Add transportation when you book: pick-up in downtown Monteverde costs $10 per person extra. The tour ends back at the meeting point.

Can I change my booking?

You can request changes to your booking up to 48 hours before the tour.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time, the amount you paid is not refunded. Times are local time in Costa Rica.

When do I get my confirmation?

At the time of booking. The confirmation email gives the exact location and starting point of your tour.
